Office Assistant – Belgrade office

About Us:
Mebit is a dynamic and customer-centric organization dedicated to providing exceptional support and solutions to our clients. 

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised Office Assistant to support our team in the day-to-day operations of our office. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks and providing assistance to our team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-desk coverage. 
  • Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.
  • Provide administrative support to the in-office recruiter and manager and in-house recruiter.
  • Liaison between Belgrade and HQ office 
  • Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventory.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow. 
  • Order and oversee office supplies and food deliveries.
  • Oversee clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail. 
  • Schedule meetings and send meeting invites to attendees. 

Required skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma 
  • Previous success in office management 
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills in Serbian and English 
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability 
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems 
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
