Key Responsibilities:
- Providing timely and courteous customer support through live chat and email channels.
- Assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information.
- Troubleshooting technical problems and escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients.
- Documenting customer interactions and ensuring accurate and thorough case records.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction with each interaction.
- Monitor live video streams and chat interactions to enforce community guidelines and maintain a friendly and respectful atmosphere.
- Assist in managing and curating content, including highlighting engaging and exciting livestreams and identifying potential violations.
- Document and report any inappropriate behavior or violations to the appropriate teams.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new software quickly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and using customer support software.
- Ability to work in a rotating 3-shift schedule, including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays.

- Passion for online communities, livestreaming, and digital content.
- Fast keyboard typing.
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable & Intercom
