Job Description:
As a VIP Customer Support Representative at Mebit, you will play a vital role in ensuring our VIP clients receive top-notch support and assistance via chat and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing timely and courteous customer support through live chat and email channels.
  2. Assisting VIP clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information.
  3. Troubleshooting technical problems and escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  4. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients.
  5. Documenting customer interactions and ensuring accurate and thorough case records.
  6. Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  7. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  8. Delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction with each interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new software quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and using customer support software.
  • Ability to work in a rotating 2-shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

It would be a bonus if you also had (Desirable skills):

  • Fast keyboard typing.
  • Basic knowledge of Cryptocurrency.
  • Understanding of Sports & Gambling rules.
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable & Intercom
